Alpha Cognition Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOG) ("Alpha Cognition," "ACI," or the "Company") today announced initial results from CONVERGE, an ongoing retrospective real-world evidence evaluation using longitudinal long-term care medication-administration data. As part of the ongoing CONVERGE evidence-generation program, this analysis focused on 180-day titration and concomitant medication patterns among residents receiving ZUNVEYL (benzgalantamine), donepezil, galantamine or rivastigmine. These measures provide insight into how treatment is used in real-world long-term care settings, including whether residents reach therapeutic dosing and how their broader medication regimens change over time. The analysis included both residents who had not previously received an AChEI (acetylcholinesterase inhibitor) and residents who switched from another AChEI therapy.
