With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Friday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Nike Inc. (NYSE:NKE) reported mixed first-quarter financial results. Nike reported first-quarter revenue of $11.21 billion, missing analyst estimates of $11.33 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The company posted adjusted earnings of 48 cents per share for the quarter, beating estimates of 44 cents per share. Nike shares dipped 8.7% to $32.09 in after-hours trading.
- Synaptics Inc. (NASDAQ:SYNA) shares rose sharply in after-hours trading after the company announced it will be acquired by ON Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:ON) for $123 per share under the revised agreement. Synaptics shares jumped 15% to $122.10 in the after-hours trading session.
- Edwards Lifesciences Corp. (NYSE:EW) reported that it has received FDA approval for AUTUS valve, the first surgical pulmonary valve for pediatric patients. Edwards Lifesciences shares fell 1.3% to close at $85.19 on Thursday.

- AsiaStrategy (NASDAQ:SORA) disclosed that it signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Plume to advance real-world asset tokenization across Asia. AsiaStrategy shares surged 30.8% to $3.07 in after-hours trading.
- Mangoceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:MGRX) announced its former subsidiary secured a $2.5 million strategic investment. Mangoceuticals shares fell 12.2% to $0.42 in the after-hours trading session.
