CoreWeave Inc’s (NASDAQ:CRWV) Fully Connected AI conference highlighted the production launch of Nvidia Corp’s (NASDAQ:NVDA) Vera Rubin NVL72 AI supercomputer platform. Coding-agent company Cognition became the first customer to run production workloads on the system, reporting up to 4.8× higher token throughput than NVIDIA’s GB200 NVL72, according to Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Brett Knoblauch.

The CoreWeave Analyst: Knoblauch maintained an Overweight rating and price target of $176.

The CoreWeave Thesis: The gap between what the company is today and what it will likely be in the future creates "an attractive entry point," Knoblauch said in the note.

The analyst further noted the following:

  • CoreWeave launched Forge, an integrated software platform with Free, Pro, and Enterprise versions. This unifies model training, evaluation and deployment. It helps reduce enterprise AI barriers and builds higher-margin recurring revenue.
  • NVIDIA introduced the Vera CPU, with offerings designed specifically for AI agents, expanding CoreWeave’s addressable market beyond GPUs into CPU-driven workloads.
  • The company formed a new partner network featuring Crowdstrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD), VAST Data and ClickHouse.
  • CoreWeave added enterprise inference clients, including Ennoble Care, Canva, and Capital One, diversifying beyond lab clients.

CoreWeave indicated that it has 10x demand for every MW (megawatt) of capacity and remained "extremely confident" about meeting its 8 GW target by 2030, Knoblauch said.

The company hiked prices by 25% in July and an incremental 10% since then, the analyst stated. "While these price changes will not impact 2026, we do think they will start to show up in 2027 and more so in 2028, and we believe this is on top of the margin improvement trends CRWV has delivered, and we expect will continue to deliver throughout the rest of 2026," he further wrote.

CRWV Price Action: Shares of CoreWeave had risen by 3.43% to $91.61 at the time of publication on Friday.
