On September 30, 2026, Tianci International, Inc. (the "Company") organized Roshing Future Pte. Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianci Group Holdings Limited (Seychelles), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Roshing Future Pte. Ltd. was organized in Singapore in order to take advantage of the robust corporate law and financial system in that jurisdiction. The Company intends to use Roshing Future Pte. Ltd. to expand the Company’s mineral trading business in Asia.
