Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) shares are trading higher Tuesday. Tigress Financial Partners reiterated its rating and price target on the stock. Here’s what you should know.

Tigress Financial Stays Bullish On Amazon With a $385 Target

Tigress Financial Partners analyst Ivan Feinseth maintained a Buy rating and a $385 price target on Amazon.

Feinseth said Amazon’s integrated AI flywheel is lifting growth across the company. It is speeding up growth at AWS and in AI, boosting advertising income, getting shoppers to buy more often and deepening Prime engagement. Operating margins keep expanding, he added.

Feinseth also sees Amazon nearing an important turning point. Earnings from its massive spending cycle have started to grow faster than its operating capital. Feinseth said the AI infrastructure build is shifting from a capital burden to a source of rising return on capital and economic profit.

Beyond AI infrastructure, Tigress points to several other growth engines. The firm views AWS and AI as Amazon’s most powerful growth engine and a deepening competitive moat. In retail, AI, faster delivery and everyday essentials are deepening the shopping flywheel and driving more frequent purchases. Agentic commerce is turning Amazon from the world’s largest online store into an AI-powered purchasing platform, the analyst said.

Feinseth believes Amazon Advertising is becoming a high-margin growth engine that adds significantly to a rising return on capital. Live sports is emerging as a powerful driver of Prime engagement, advertising and commerce, and third-party sellers are turning Amazon’s marketplace and logistics network into a platform business. Tigress has Amazon on its Research Focus List and in its Focus Opportunity Portfolio.
