Banzai International, Inc. (NASDAQ:PARA), an AI-powered agentic applications company doing business as Parabolic, said Wednesday it expects preliminary third-quarter revenue of approximately $4.7 million.

Revenue Jumps 106% Sequentially

The company said the expected third-quarter revenue figure represents 106% sequential growth from $2.3 million in the second quarter and a 65% increase from $2.8 million a year earlier.

Parabolic attributed the growth partly to the first quarterly financial contribution from its ConnectAndSell business following the transaction. The company said the preliminary figure would mark a record quarter.

Parabolic completed its $13.2 million acquisition of ConnectAndSell in July, adding an AI sales acceleration platform with $14.7 million in 2025 revenue at an 86% gross margin.

The company expects cost synergies by year-end 2026 to support profitability and cash flow in 2027.

Cost Savings Support Profitability Push

Parabolic recently took steps that it expects will generate approximately $9.3 million in annualized cost savings following the ConnectAndSell integration and a business-unit realignment.

The company expects to save about $3.1 million by eliminating roughly 12 positions and reducing third-party contractor spending. It expects another $6.2 million in savings from operating efficiencies and lower administrative costs.

Parabolic expects to fully realize the savings on a run-rate basis by the end of fiscal 2026. Management said the measures support its profitability and cash-flow objectives for fiscal 2026 and 2027.

CEO Sees Progress Toward Profitability

“Our preliminary third-quarter revenue demonstrates the clear operational scale we achieved following the close of our ConnectAndSell transaction. Reaching $4.7 million in top-line revenue for the quarter is a significant milestone and record-high quarterly revenue for Parabolic,” CEO Joe Davy said.

“This expanded top-line scale, when paired with the $9.3 million cost savings measure we recently announced, strengthens our financial footing and supports our progress toward profitability,” he added.

Parabolic plans to report full third-quarter results after market close on Nov. 16. The company said the preliminary revenue figure remains unaudited and subject to quarter-end closing procedures.

PARA Price Action: Banzai International shares were trading down 7.85% at $0.6201 during premarket trading on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
