U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 100 points on Friday.

Shares of Humana Inc (NYSE:HUM) rose sharply after the company said Friday that its 2027 Medicare Advantage Star Ratings improved significantly, with 95% of members enrolled in plans earning at least four stars from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Additionally, 42% of its Medicare Advantage members are enrolled in plans rated 4.5 stars or higher, reflecting broad improvements across its portfolio.

The company also reaffirmed its FY26 adjusted EPS guidance.

Humana shares jumped 12.3% to $434.84 on Friday.

  • Fastly Inc (NASDAQ:FSLY) climbed 10.2% to $27.86. Oppenheimer analyst Param Singh upgraded Fastly from Perform to Outperform and announced a $35 price target.
  • Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ARCT) gained 9.5% to $14.10. Leerink Partners analyst Lili Nsongo maintained Arcturus Therapeutics with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $13 to $19.
  • Twist Bioscience Corp (NASDAQ:TWST) jumped 9.5% to $166.47.
  • 10X Genomics Inc (NASDAQ:TXG) gained 8.8% to $84.09.
  • Aura Minerals Inc (NASDAQ:AUGO) rose 8.3% to $89.31 as the company reported preliminary third-quarter production of 95,557 gold equivalent ounces, up 29% year over year.
  • CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CCC) gained 8.1% to $7.10.
  • Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) gained 7.7% to $212.25.
