C3.Ai Inc. (NYSE:AI) shares are trading higher Monday after Northland upgraded the stock to Outperform from Market Perform and raised its price target to $16 from $10.

Northland Says C3 Code Can Cut Agentic App Development From Months to Days

According to Investing.com, analyst Mike Latimore cited the company’s C3 Code platform as a new growth engine. He said it can reduce the time to create agentic AI applications to days from months and speeds up customer onboarding and expansion at existing customers. C3 Code lets users build and deploy applications using natural language, with autonomous agents handling the development work. It integrates with existing systems and builds on 15 years of C3 infrastructure work to keep applications reliable and secure.

C3.Ai also launched an Accelerator marketing program. The first event covered 110 people and 46 companies, and business and IT staff showed they could create enterprise-ready AI applications in a few days. The company has added three more Accelerator events. The upgrade also notes that C3.Ai’s founder and CEO rejoined the company in May, after challenges that included a reduction at a large customer, management changes and slower new customer additions about a year ago.
