Marvell Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) is expanding its AI data-center opportunity with new memory products, a broader infrastructure portfolio and long-term revenue targets tied to rising demand for AI computing.

The stock slid 3% on Monday as investors took profits following the stock’s recent multi-day rally. Still the stock is up over 200% in 2026 driven by demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) data center chips, cloud partnerships, and revision to its long-term financial guidance.

Marvell Expands AI Memory Offering

Marvell introduced its second-generation Structera X products, which are designed to help cloud and enterprise customers run larger AI workloads more efficiently.

The products increase available memory, improve how systems share that memory and help customers get more use from existing hardware.

Marvell said the new products can deliver up to 40%-50% faster response times for large AI models or support roughly twice as much context at similar speeds compared with the previous generation.

The company is working with AMD, Arm, Alibaba, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix to support broader adoption.

Marvell expects the new Structera X products to begin sampling in the first quarter of 2027.

OCP Showcase Broadens AI Infrastructure Push

Marvell also plans to showcase its AI data-center technologies at the 2026 Open Compute Project Global Summit in San Jose from Oct. 12-15.

The company will highlight networking, memory, storage, connectivity and security products designed to improve AI infrastructure performance and efficiency.

Marvell executives and engineers will also participate in 14 sessions covering AI connectivity, data-center security and open infrastructure standards.

Marvell Targets Up To $90 Billion In Revenue

At its investor day, Marvell raised its long-term expectations and projected fiscal 2031 revenue of $70 billion to $90 billion.

The company also increased its fiscal 2028 revenue outlook to $20 billion from $18 billion.

BNP Paribas analyst Karl Ackerman said Marvell expanded its estimated total addressable market to $400 billion by 2030, including about $385 billion tied to data centers.

Within that market, Marvell estimates a $235 billion opportunity for custom products, $85 billion for switching and storage and $65 billion for interconnect products.

Analyst Sees Earnings Above Management Target

Ackerman said Marvell’s updated forecasts could support earnings of about $33.40 per share by 2030, above management’s target of more than $30 and the current consensus estimate of $24.91.

He also noted that Marvell expects gross margins of 56%-59% and raised its operating margin target to 44%-46% from 38%-40%.

"We remain constructive on Marvell as one of three companies offering a complete portfolio across AI compute and networking for scale-in, scale-up, scale-out, and scale-across applications," Ackerman wrote.
