U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 500 points on Friday.
Shares of Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose sharply during Friday's session after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
Marvell reported fourth-quarter revenue of $2.22 billion, narrowly beating the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion, while adjusted earnings came in at 80 cents per share — one cent ahead of expectations.
Marvell Technology shares jumped 18.4% to $89.56 on Friday.

- Battalion Oil Corp (NYSE:BATL) gained 33.8% to $25.44 following a broad rally in the oil and gas sector after coordinated U.S. and Israeli strikes against Iran.
- Red Cat Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:RCAT) surged 21.9% to $18.41.
- Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:TVGN) gained 20.2% to $9.32.
- Smith & Wesson Brands Inc (NASDAQ:SWBI) gained 18.4% to $13.96 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results. Also, the company issued fourth-quarter sales guidance above estimates.
- Gevo Inc (NASDAQ:GEVO) gained 18% to $2.23 as the company posted a narrower-than-expected quarterly loss.
- Uniqure NV (NASDAQ:QURE) gained 17.6% to $12.53.
- Samsara Inc (NYSE:IOT) jumped 15.4% to $34.16 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY27 guidance above estimates.
- Texxon Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:NPT) gained 14.3% to $21.89.
- Solid Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:SLDB) gained 12.7% to $6.32. Solid Biosciences announced an oversubscribed $240 million private placement.
- Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) gained 11.6% to $112.88.
- Planet Labs PBC (NYSE:PL) gained 10.2% to $27.09.
- Ondas Inc (NASDAQ:ONDS) gained 9.2% to $11.42. Ondas has received multiple orders totaling around $6 million for dozens of its Sentrycs counter-UAS systems, aimed at enhancing defense and homeland security in the Middle East.
- Karman Holdings Inc (NYSE:KRMN) rose 7.3% to $104.07. Piper Sandler analyst Clarke Jeffries upgraded Karman from Neutral to Overweight and raised the price target from $110 to $127.
- CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) gained 7.2% to $118.73.
- Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:LUNR) gained 6.7% to $18.87.
- JD.Com Inc (NASDAQ:JD) gained 5.6% to $26.90.
