TD Cowen Upgrades Rockpoint Gas Storage to Buy, Raises Price Target to C$32

TD Cowen analyst Aaron Macneil upgrades Rockpoint Gas Storage (TSX:RGSI) from Hold to Buy and raises the price target from C$31 to C$32.
