BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:BMRN) said today that the Board of Directors has appointed Ian T. Clark as Chair of the Board, subject to his election at the company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 2, 2026. Mr. Clark will succeed Richard A. Meier, who is retiring after two decades on the Board, and the appointment will become effective immediately following the Annual Meeting.
