Capricor Therapeutics shares are trading lower. The company disclosed it filed a lawsuit alleging that Nippon Shinyaku Pharma failed to prepare for the commercial launch of Deramiocel in the United States and have otherwise materially breached the terms of the U.S. Distribution Agreement.
