Cosmos Health Inc. ("Cosmos Health" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:COSM), a diversified, vertically integrated global healthcare group, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cana Laboratories ("Cana"), has secured a three-year contract manufacturing agreement with Verisfield S.A. ("Verisfield"), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development and marketing of generic and differentiated pharmaceutical products across multiple therapeutic categories.

Under the agreement, Cana will manufacture 1.3 million units annually of VASCLOR® GEST (progesterone) 400mg vaginal pessaries, or a total of 3.9 million units over the three-year period, indicated for luteal phase support and as part of assisted reproduction treatment. The product is supplied as 400mg per pessary in boxes of 15 pessaries (in PVC-PE strips).
