Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: NBIX) today announced new two-year data from the Phase 3 CAHtalyst® Pediatric study showing positive growth outcomes in children and adolescents with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia treated with CRENESSITY® (crinecerfont). Patients with advanced bone age at baseline experienced slowed bone age progression and improved predicted adult height after two years of treatment. These data were presented at the Endocrine Society's annual meeting, ENDO 2026, in Chicago.
