With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Wednesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects CarMax Inc. (NYSE:KMX) to post quarterly earnings at 94 cents per share on revenue of $7.41 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Carmax shares fell 0.9% to $51.66 in after-hours trading.
- Sophia Genetics SA (NASDAQ:SOPH) announced a proposed public offering. Sophia Genetics shares fell 4.9% to $4.69 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting Jabil Inc. (NYSE:JBL) to post quarterly earnings at $3.10 per share on revenue of $8.61 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Jabil shares rose 0.8% to $378.51 in after-hours trading.

- La-Z-Boy Inc. (NYSE:LZB) reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and announced a $300 million share buyback. EPS for the quarter for La-Z-Boy in the fourth quarter came in at $1.26, crushing the analyst estimate of 82 cents. The company posted a revenue of $570.34 million, surpassing the estimate of $569.23 million. La-Z-Boy shares jumped 17.7% to $41.25 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Safe Bulkers Inc. (NYSE:SB) to post quarterly earnings at 10 cents per share on revenue of $65.50 million after the closing bell. Safe Bulkers shares slipped 3.4% to close at $6.58 on Tuesday.
