Legend Biotech Corporation (NASDAQ:LEGN) ("Legend Biotech" or the "Company"), a global leader in cell therapy, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $225 million of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing two ordinary shares of the Company. All of the ADSs will be offered by Legend Biotech. Legend Biotech also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ADSs sold in the public offering at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
