Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ:CTRM), ("Castor" or the "Company"), a diversified global shipping and energy company, announces that it has entered into an agreement, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, to acquire a 2023-built modern-eco Kamsarmax bulk carrier vessel from an unaffiliated third party for a purchase price of $37.5 million.
