Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE:GPUS), an artificial intelligence ("AI") data center company anchored by Bitcoin ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), today announced that, as of June 21, 2026, it held 726.9425 Bitcoin representing an aggregate value of approximately $45.9 million based on the Bitcoin closing price of $63,238 on June 21, 2026.

 

In aggregate, the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. ("Sentinum") and Ault Capital Group, Inc. ("ACG"), held 726.9425 Bitcoin as of June 21, 2026. During the week ended June 21, 2026, ACG purchased approximately 8.000 Bitcoin in the open market. Based on the Bitcoin closing price of $63,238 on June 21, 2026, these collective holdings had an approximate market value of $45.9 million.
