Guardian Pharmacy Services, Inc. (NYSE:GRDN), one of the nation’s largest and most innovative long-term care (LTC) pharmacy services companies, today announced the acquisition of Wellness Concepts, an LTC pharmacy based in Grottoes, Va. This addition expands Guardian’s footprint in Virginia to three pharmacies in Gainesville (Northern Virginia), Wytheville (Southwest Virginia), and Grottoes (Central Virginia), strengthening its ability to support the growing demand for LTC pharmacy services across the state.
