Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. ("Foremost" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:FMST) (CSE:FAT) reports that Mr. David Cates has been appointed Interim President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  Mr. Cates has served as a Director of the Company since October 2024 and is Chief Executive Officer of Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison") (TSX:DML) (NYSE:DNN), which is the Company's largest shareholder, owning approximately 19.9% of Foremost's outstanding common shares.
