Welltower Inc. (NYSE:WELL) today announced Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 of $0.85 per share. This dividend, which will be paid on August 20, 2026 to stockholders of record as of August 12, 2026, will be our 221st consecutive quarterly cash dividend. The declaration and payment of future quarterly dividends remains subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
