On Thursday, Oracle announced plans to bring Google Cloud’s Gemini models into its enterprise application portfolio, including Fusion Applications and NetSuite.

The collaboration makes Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite and Gemini 3.5 Flash models available within Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications. The models offer multi-modal capabilities to support agentic workflows and automated business operations.

Executive Statements On AI Integration

“Organizations around the world trust Google Cloud’s full AI stack to power critical enterprise workflows and agents,” said Satish Thomas, vice president, Google Cloud. “Our expanded partnership with Oracle is designed to make it easier for organizations to use Gemini in the applications and agentic workflows they rely on to automate workflows, accelerate decisions, and drive outcomes.”

“To achieve the best business outcomes, organizations need the flexibility to choose the AI model best suited to each problem,” said Chris Leone, Oracle executive vice president, applications development.

Oracle plans to use Gemini models for embedded AI use cases in Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle NetSuite to optimize price-performance and automate business decisions.

Oracle Stock: Key Levels To Watch

Even after Thursday’s pop, Oracle is still trading 2.4% below its 20-day SMA at $129.33, keeping the near-term trend in "repair mode" rather than a clean breakout. The bigger picture remains heavy: the stock is trading 24% below its 50-day SMA ($165.92) and 31.4% below its 200-day SMA ($184.01), which is consistent with a longer-term downtrend.

The death cross that formed in January (50-day SMA below the 200-day SMA) is still an overhead headwind, and the stock’s last major swing high was back in June before the July low. With the 52-week range stretching from $114.50 to $345.72, Oracle is still closer to the low end of the range, so rallies can face quick profit-taking.
