STERIS plc (NYSE:STE) ("STERIS" or the "Company") announced today that the Company will distribute a quarterly interim dividend of $0.69 per share. This represents a $0.06 increase in the dividend and the Company’s 21st consecutive year of dividend growth. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2026.
