Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 after the market close on Thursday. Here’s what you need to know from the iPhone maker’s report.

Apple Q3 Earnings Highlights

Apple posted fiscal third-quarter revenue of $109.42 billion, beating analyst estimates of $108.65 billion. The Cupertino-based company reported earnings of $2.02 per share for the quarter, beating estimates of $1.89 per share, according to Benzinga Pro.

Revenue was up 16% year-over-year, and earnings per share climbed 29% year-over-year. Americas sales totaled $45.78 billion in the quarter, Europe sales came in at $29.40 billion, Greater China sales were $18.82 billion, Japan sales came in at $6.55 billion and the rest of Asia Pacific sales totaled $8.87 billion.

“Today, Apple is proud to report our strongest June quarter ever, with double-digit revenue growth across iPhone, Mac and Services, and in every geographic segment,” said Tim Cook, CEO of Apple.

Product revenue was $78.68 billion, up from $66.61 billion year-over-year. Services revenue totaled $30.74 billion, up from $27.42 billion year-over-year. Here’s a breakdown of product sales by category.

  • iPhone: $54.25 billion, versus $44.58 billion last year
  • Mac: $10.35 billion, versus $8.05 billion last year
  • iPad: $6.19 billion, versus $6.58 billion last year
  • Wearables, Home and Accessories: $7.88 billion, versus $7.40 billion last year

Apple said its installed base of active devices hit another all-time high across all major product categories and geographic segments.

Apple ended the quarter with $39.54 billion in cash and cash equivalents. The company’s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 27 cents per share, payable on Aug. 13 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10.

AAPL Stock Slips After The Close

AAPL Price Action: Apple shares were up approximately 22.50% year-to-date heading into the quarterly print. The stock was down 2.24% in after-hours Thursday, trading at $325.98 at the time of publication, according to Benzinga Pro.
