Aether Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a technology platform company, shares fell on Monday as investors assessed the company’s latest acquisition and its potential to strengthen Aether’s AI infrastructure strategy.

What Is Aether Holdings’ Latest Acquisition?
Aether Compute acquired a 60% stake in Noviant Inc. for $3.6 million, including $900,000 in cash and $2.7 million in restricted Aether stock.
Existing Noviant shareholders will retain the remaining 40% interest.
Noviant generated about $5.36 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. The company provides infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT services.
The deal expands Aether Compute’s capabilities across infrastructure deployment, security, management and technical support.
How Does the Deal Fit Aether’s Strategy?
Aether said the acquisition strengthens its end-to-end AI infrastructure capabilities. These include data center design, GPU server clusters and modular liquid-cooled systems.
Certain Noviant management members are expected to remain with the business.
"We believe demand for AI-ready infrastructure is increasing and that clients need a partner that can design, deploy and manage that infrastructure end-to-end," Aether CEO Nicolas Lin said.
Noviant CEO Kevin Wang said the partnership provides a broader platform to scale its infrastructure expertise across the AI sector.
As of March 31, 2026, Aether’s current assets were $1,083,201 which includes cash of $807,957, accounts receivable and other receivables of $12,931 and prepaid expenses of $262,313.

At $3.96, the stock is trading near its short-term trend zone, close to the 20-day SMA at $3.99 and 20-day EMA at $3.92.
The broader trend remains weak, with shares below the 200-day SMA at $4.48 and the 50-day SMA still under the 200-day SMA.
RSI at 52.69 points to neutral momentum, suggesting the stock is neither overbought nor oversold.
