Dr. Gillot brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force/Space Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Department of State and other national-security organizations. Her background includes telecommunications modernization, electromagnetic spectrum strategy, 5G and emerging 6G policy, secure communications, technology acquisition, global partnerships and critical communications infrastructure.

Her experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager with the U.S. Air Force/Space Force Rapid Capabilities Office at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, where she led acquisition and integration efforts involving advanced communications systems and AI-enabled platforms and advised senior government leadership on emerging technology and critical communications infrastructure. She previously served as a senior advisor within the DoD Chief Information Officer’s Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise Policy & Programs organization, supporting global spectrum strategy, 5G/6G regulatory frameworks, interference mitigation and secure technology modernization.

Dr. Gillot also brings international diplomatic and negotiation experience from the U.S. Department of State, including work involving NATO allies, G7 partners, the United Nations Security Council and U.S. national-security organizations. Her résumé describes work involving global telecommunications investment, spectrum policy, critical communications infrastructure, technology governance and coordination across government, industry and allied partners.

Under the consulting agreement, FutureInnoX would provide FreeCast with strategic consulting, technology advisory, business development, engineering support and related professional services. The agreement specifically identifies capabilities involving government contracting strategy, DoD and NASA opportunity assessment, telecommunications, broadband, satellite communications, wireless infrastructure, emerging connectivity technologies, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, technology commercialization and strategic partnerships.
