CoreWeave Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) on Tuesday reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

The company reported a second-quarter adjusted loss of $1.03 per share, beating estimates for a loss of $1.22 per share. CoreWeave reported second-quarter revenue of $2.58 billion, beating analyst estimates of $2.56 billion, according to Benzinga Pro.

"CoreWeave reached an important inflection point this quarter as our scale began to translate into expanding operating leverage. Customer demand is accelerating, as enterprise adoption broadens and we continue to deepen our technology platform," said Michael Intrator, co-founder and CEO of CoreWeave.

CoreWeave raised its FY2026 sales guidance from $12.000 billion-$13.000 billion to $12.400 billion-$13.200 billion.

CoreWeave shares surged 18% to $106.50 in the pre-market trading session.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on CoreWeave following earnings announcement.

  • Baird analyst Rob Oliver maintained the stock with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $100 to $130.
  • Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Brett Knoblauch maintained the stock with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $167 to $176.
