DraftKings Launches New Term Loan And Revolving Credit Facility

DraftKings announced plans to raise $600 million through a proposed senior secured Term Loan B.

With the proceeds, the company intends to repurchase a part of its 2028 Convertible Notes, subject to market conditions, and for other corporate purposes.

The company also secured commitments for a new $750 million senior secured revolving credit facility maturing in 2031, replacing its existing $500 million facility due in 2029.

The new facility is intended to strengthen liquidity and financial flexibility and is expected to remain largely undrawn at closing. Both transactions remain subject to market and other conditions.

This financial maneuver aims to bolster the company’s liquidity and operational flexibility as it continues to expand its market presence.
