On Thursday, Securities and Exchange Commission filings disclosed eHealth executives received restricted stock unit (RSU) awards. Chief Financial Officer John J. Dolan was granted 70,000 RSUs, bringing his direct holdings to 343,275 shares.

Chief Revenue Officer Michelle M. Barbeau received an identical 70,000-unit award, raising her stake to 374,460 shares. General Counsel Gavin G. Galimi was awarded 60,000 RSUs, lifting his total to 335,035 shares.

According to the filings, each RSU becomes one common share. The shares vest in three equal yearly installments. The vesting schedule starts on Aug. 10. Vesting depends on the person continuing to work for the company.

Director Trims Stake

Separately, a Wednesday filing showed director Francis S. Soistman Jr. sold 74,593 shares over two sessions, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, at weighted average prices of $1.1377 and $1.0531, respectively. The total transaction value was approximately $81,712.

The filing states the sales were executed under a pre-arranged plan adopted Jun. 1.

eHealth has a market capitalization of approximately $30.46 million. Its stock has traded between a 52-week high of $5.89 and a 52-week low of $0.90.

EHTH has a Relative Strength Index (RSI) of 27.17.

Over the past 12 months, the small-cap stock of the Indiana-based health insurance marketplace has gained 75.95%.

Currently, EHTH is trading near the lowest end of its annual trading band.
