U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 450 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Roivant Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:ROIV) rose sharply during Tuesday’s session after the company shared topline data from its Phase 2 PHocus clinical trial evaluating mosliciguat for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD).
Presented at the European Respiratory Society International Congress 2026, the data highlight meaningful clinical progress in PH-ILD patients.
Roivant Sciences shares jumped 16.3% to $40.62 on Tuesday.

- Obsidian Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:OBX) surged 12.5% to $18.58.
- Eos Energy Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ:EOSE) rose 11.3% to $4.32.
- IonQ, Inc. (NYSE:IONQ) shares gained 10.8% to $43.79 after the quantum computing company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook following its acquisition of SkyWater Technology.
- Factorial Energy Inc (NASDAQ:FAC) shares jumped 9.8% to $5.72.
- Rigetti Computing Inc (NASDAQ:RGTI) gained 9.4% to $16.62 after the company announced its subsidiary signed a definitive agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for an award of $100 million in funding to accelerate superconducting quantum computing R&D.
- D-Wave Quantum Inc (NASDAQ:QBTS) shares rose 9.4% to $18.14 after the company announced it entered into a definitive agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for up to $100 million in CHIPS Act funding.
- Katapult Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:KPLT) gained 9.2% to $8.63.
- Bloom Energy Corp (NYSE:BE) shares surged 9% to $275.68 after it was announced the company will join the S&P 500.
- Ero Copper Corp (NYSE:ERO) rose 8.4% to $37.84.
- Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) gained 6.2% to $112.09,
- Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ:AEHR) gained 6.1% to $91.48.
- Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) gained 5.4% to $101.01. Intel Foundry is advancing its next-generation chipmaking capabilities as the company works to improve manufacturing efficiency and support increasingly complex processors and artificial intelligence chips.
- Corning Inc (NYSE:GLW) rose 5.1% to $162.15. China Renaissance analyst Jack Zhou initiated coverage on Corning with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $238.
