ABM Industries Inc (NYSE:ABM) posted better-than-expected earnings for the third quarter on Tuesday.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.04 per share, beating market estimates of $1.01 per share. The company’s sales came in at $2.317 billion, versus expectations of $2.310 billion.

ABM narrowed its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $3.95-$4.10 from $3.85-$4.15. The analyst estimate is $3.98.

“Our third quarter results reflected strong operational and financial performance, including record quarterly revenue, robust EPS growth and substantial cash generation. Our team executed well and delivered on our expectations despite a backdrop of macro uncertainty and adverse timing of certain projects,” said Scott Salmirs, President and Chief Executive Officer.

ABM shares gained 0.2% to trade at $50.65 on Wednesday.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on ABM following earnings announcement.

  • Freedom Capital Markets analyst David Silver maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $55 to $58.
  • Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann maintained the stock with a Neutral and raised the price target from $48 to $53.
