SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE:SITC) announced today the sale of Shoppes at Paradise Pointe (Fort Walton Beach, FL) for approximately $8.4 million. Net proceeds after adjustments for certain prorations, allocations and other closing adjustments was approximately $8.0 million.
