Once the deal closes, AIFU will have 61.18 million total ordinary shares outstanding, comprising 50.93 million Class A and 10.25 million Class B shares, the company said. The share issuance is targeted to close by the end of October, subject to customary closing conditions. AIFU said proceeds will support its business plans, working capital and other general corporate purposes.
