Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ:ONDS) has had a busy stretch this month, acquiring five defense technology companies as it rapidly expands its autonomous defense platform.

GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies
On September 14, Ondas acquired GATE Technologies, an Israeli-based developer of Electronic Safe & Arm Devices and electronic fuzing technologies used across precision weapons and autonomous strike systems, along with its affiliated European manufacturer, Bron Technologies.
The deal is valued at $205 million, consisting of $105 million in cash and 10,689,655 Ondas common shares, plus up to $185 million in performance-based earn-out payments tied to financial targets through 2028.
GATE’s technology is integrated into dozens of weapon systems, including UAVs, loitering munitions, missiles, and rockets. Ondas expects the acquired business to generate about $65 million in revenue in 2026, growing to $180 million by 2028.
Insignito, Ottopia Defense and Caribou Labs
On September 23, Ondas acquired three additional defense technology businesses — Insignito, Ottopia Defense, and Caribou Labs — for about $56 million, plus up to $32 million in potential earn-outs through 2028.
Insignito provides passive acoustic sensing technology to detect, classify, and track drones, including small FPV systems difficult to identify through traditional radar and RF detection. Ottopia Defense combines AI-powered autonomy and ultra-low-latency teleoperation, letting operators supervise multiple unmanned systems from centralized command centers. Caribou Labs provides GNSS-denied navigation and resilient communications technology already deployed in active conflict environments.
