AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE:AB) and AllianceBernstein L.P. (“AB”), a leading global investment management firm and a subsidiary of Equitable Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:EQH), today announced that Onur Erzan, President, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AB, effective April 1, 2027. He will succeed Seth Bernstein, who will be retiring effective March 31, 2027, after nearly a decade leading the firm. Bernstein will continue to serve on AB’s Board of Directors.
